So anyway, the last idea got turned down because expansion might mean we have inactive forums til the clan grows which it can't if everything stays the same, not to stab at you binary, but I can tell you have never been a webmaster and this is the first clan you've led, I led 2 and been in over 20, I have been Moderator or above on more sites than you have fingers an toes, I know how to operate and the biggest thing you need is patience, not running it your way no suggestions, not trying to make everything grow at the same rate, you want to be ready for activity and ready for open recruiting, the way the squad meetings are held holds the clan back, the officers should meet before the meeting or be messaged what to talk about, and recruiting is difficult due to everyone needing to speak to the highest people in the clan in order to sneeze with permission, use the chain of command, sergants or above can listen to recruiting speeches, and approve, anyone can bring in recruits asap, then let them meet theirleader later, clan meetings need to stop, eveything can be gone over at squad meetings, clan meetings can happen for big announcements, the way you have this clan operating is for a small time closed family, you need to change it to operate like an active evolving open online gaming community and clan.

Before re-writing my suggestion for the clan forums, I took into consideration that binary does not want a massive forum with sections for every little thing.

At least have discussions for gaming since this is a gaming clan
At Least have forums for the games the clan reaches into or plays alot.
I would rejoin the clan if changes are made and it becomes open to ever members suggestions, not to be excecuted Immediatly, but at least taken into consideration.

ok ok Hyrax i see you changed attitude. Sry if i offended you. This is how i appreciate the suggesstion. You said some things i like, some i question, but we can talk about it and see what can happen. mostly about a smooth transition to some of the mentioned ideas.

lol dorks! but hyrax I cant really allow you to post stuff about modding and manipulating files on the forum. I know you can get some rly kool effects but its not right.

I want you to help lead the charge of making this a better forum for all ppl. Ive opened up to the idea of mass amounts of ppl, but this will still be a buisness and for it to be such it must be legit. Therefore no manipulation of files: aka hacking, modding whatever. I dont want to know with who or what you do it with but it will not be supported on this website. please understand my reasoning.

Well B1nary hacking is over the limit but why exactly modding. It's not neccarily against any rules.
